This project involved the full renovation of 204 residential units in Marina del Rey, including interior upgrades, exterior improvements to the roofs and decks, and extensive structural work such as demolition, framing, and drywall installation. Electrical systems were updated, a complete re-pipe was completed, and washer and dryer units were added to each apartment. New tiling was installed throughout the building. These improvements successfully modernized the living spaces, ensuring long-term functionality and enhancing the resident experience.
